Any information shared by you or your representative is not shared or sold. Access to your entry in my journal can be requested in writing by you or your representative, court ordered or by the Secretary of State Office only.

Cancellation | Waiting Fee:

If you cancel within an 1hr or less of your scheduled appointment time. There will be a $25 fee. Please call me directly in a timely manor to either reschedule or cancel.

Waiting Fee:

I provide a 10minute grace period after your appointment start time with communication if you’re running late and need more time. If you still want to continue your appointment after the 10minute grace period. There will be a $1.50 per minute wait fee.

If no communication is given, appointment will be canceled. Cancellation fee will apply.

Terms and Conditions:

The Notarial Certificate is the Notary’s responsibility. If there are any errors within the Notarial Certificate. Please contact me immediately, so I can schedule an appointment for correction.

Apostille: The staple and corner binder that the Secretary of State Office applies to your document(s) are NOT to be removed. Camille’s Impressions will not be held responsible for any additional charges that incur if the staple, corner binder is removed or tampered with.

Camille’s Impressions will not be held responsible for the following:

  • any 3rd party courier delays, lost packages or damages. You may choose to redo the process by paying for the government and/or administrative service fees.

  • cannot guarantee shipping and/or delivery times.

  • cannot guarantee anything occurring due to unforeseen events.

Notarizations: If I determine at the time of the appointment that the signer is not understanding what is being ask of them or what they are signing, is being coerced or pressured and doesn’t have valid photo identification. I will have to end the appointment and the travel fee will apply due to arriving at the appointment based on the information collected during your in-take call, email or text.
