What exactly does a Notary Loan Signing Agent do?
A Notary Loan Signing Agent is a commissioned Notary Public who has received specific training on how to present loan documentation. I present loan documentation to the individual and/or individuals who will be signing the provided documentation, but will only discuss each document in its general terms. General terms would be reading the title of the documentation, what information is found in the documentation and showing where the individual(s) must sign, date and/or initial. Once the documentation has been completed with all required signatures, dates and initials. All documentation will be returned to its originator or as instructed.
Depending on type of transaction, printing and whether or not scan backs are required. FEE will be advised once I have full details of the loan transaction and instructions.
Notaries are required to remain unbias and cannot offer legal advice or give their opinion on any document a client presents to us.
Service Options:
Full Notary Signing Agent Service includes:
Printing 2 sets of documents, document prep, description of each document and drop off to requested courier.
*Scan backs upon request $25 fee
General Notary Services:
This is an option for clients who receive their printed documents directly from their Lender or Title company prior to our appointment. Receiving your documents prior to your appointment gives you time to read and confirm the terms of your transaction and get all questions and corrections taken care of with your Loan officer.
At your appointment, we will go through your documents to be signed and notarized.
This service includes notarization fees and convenience fee. Does not include printing, scan backs or document drop.
Refer to my fee schedule for details.
*Shipping upon request

About
Greetings, I am Camille Green! I grew up in Seattle. I watched and learned from the elders in my family who owned their own businesses in the Central District. They shaped my very caring and funny personality.
What I love most about being a Mobile Notary is connecting with my community, seeing parts of Washington I have yet to see and getting out from behind a desk and in my car.
My strong and structured work ethic leaves no room for error. I have the "get it right the first time" approach to ensure I close out all my appointments with the results my clients expect.
You will be more than happy with the quality of service and professionalism I provide.
Allow me the opportunity to be your favorite neighborhood Notary.
